Are you an organised client-focused Campaign Manager looking to join a fast-growing marketing and brand experience agency

Were recruiting for a highly successful agency that delivers impactful marketing campaigns for household-name brands across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from brief through to delivery working closely with clients creative teams and operational stakeholders to drive outstanding results.

The Opportunity

As Campaign Manager youll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative revenue-generating campaigns across multiple channels. Youll manage client relationships coordinate internal teams oversee budgets and ensure every campaign is delivered on time on budget and to the highest standard.

This hybrid role is based in Berkshire offering a mix of office and home working with occasional travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery and evaluation.

Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Work closely with creative teams to develop and deliver compelling campaign briefs.

Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for future activity.

Manage budgets margins and commercial performance.

Identify opportunities to enhance client services and grow accounts.

Ensure exceptional campaign execution and client satisfaction.

About You

Youll likely have experience in:

Campaign Management

Account Management

Project Management

Marketing Agency environments

Youll also bring:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Commercial awareness and budget management experience

Confidence working across multiple projects simultaneously

A proactive solutions-focused approach

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
