Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented person with exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant.

As a Café team member you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of food and beverages. This is a hands-on position that includes ensuring the efficient operation of the Café from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role preferred
• Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team
• Reliable punctual and flexible approach to working hours (including some weekends)
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces
• Physically capable of manual tasks including prolonged standing lifting bending and carrying
• Own transport would be advantageous due to the location
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management
• Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times
• Provide polite professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously

Skills We Love

• Experience in cafés bars or restaurants required (e.g. making coffee serving food)
• Experience in hospitality or customer service required
