Schedule:37.5 days per week Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

As a Business Systems Support Officer in our Health team youll support the delivery of essential estates and facilities management services by managing systems compliance reporting documentation and asset information. Your work will help ensure critical hospital infrastructure remains safe efficient and reliable for patients visitors and healthcare professionals.
Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders youll use your technical expertise to create impactful solutions improve processes and provide valuable business intelligence. What youll do as a Business Systems Support Officer
- Analyse operational data and produce reports metrics and performance information to support compliance service improvement and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems including asset information compliance records and contractual documentation.
- Support the delivery of estates and facilities management requirements including operational activities capital projects minor works and lifecycle programmes.
- Develop and improve systems processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency innovation and value for money.
- Maintain accurate document control and compliance records ensuring all information remains current and aligned with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues contractors and stakeholders to support successful service delivery and provide excellent customer service.
Does this sound like you
Essential:
- Experience working within facilities management estates compliance or a similar operational environment.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills particularly in Excel SharePoint Word and PowerPoint with the ability to analyse data and create professional reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on trust collaboration and customer service.
- Experience using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems including asset management compliance monitoring and reporting is desirable.

Vetting and checks:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions cautions and any relevant information held by local police in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
