The BDR occupies a mission critical role at ProFinda. You are typically the first person to interact with any company new to investigating our revolutionary technology. As such you would set the tone for that new companys journey with ProFinda. ProFinda needs you to be positive energetic authentic and credible in your outreach and communications.
ProFinda will prepare you with the necessary industry and product knowledge as well as the necessary sales skills to generate new leads and qualify them against our ideal customer profile and buying intent in order to transition appropriately into the sales pipeline. You will work in a highly collaborative professional and enjoyable culture where everyone wants you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFindas sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives
Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs
Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone email social media and events
Qualify leads that fall into ProFindas Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget Authority Need Timeline)
Keep up to date with ProFindas competitive landscape
Articulate ProFindas value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear concise and credible manner
Foster brand awareness
Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills
Integrity integrity and more integrity
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
Ability to engage at all levels of a prospects organization
Sound research and social/professional media skills
Sharp organizational and time management skills
Experience with B2B software organzations a plus
Experience with SaaS software organzations a plus
