As a key player in their growth you wont be micromanaged. Youll hit the ground running owning your territory and driving deals across the line.

• Hunt & Gather: Leverage and expand your existing introducer network to hunt down high-quality leads.

• Structure the Deal: Craft negotiate and agree on winning initial facility terms.

• Pitch to Win: Package and present flawless facility proposals to the underwriting team.

• Seal the Deal: Get out from behind the deskattend face-to-face client meetings to sign off documentation.

• Smooth Sailing: Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your clients.

• Be the Face: Act as a polished professional brand ambassador to all external stakeholders.

• The Blueprint: Several years of proven success crushing it within the asset finance sector.

• The Network: A pre-baked black book of established broker relationships.

• The Expertise: A deep native understanding of industrial equipment and commercial vehicles.

Our client believes in rewarding top performance. On top of a competitive base salary and an attractive commission structure you will receive:
