Role : Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst
Location: UK

3-4 days WFO
Min 8 years of experience in the IT industry in professional services with deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical Biotech or Medical Device organization
Experience in the Veeva Commercial product such as Veeva CRM Veeva PromoMats and Medcoms as Business Analyst
Experience in working with Medical Legal Regulatory process
The Commercial Pharma Business Analyst will be responsible for soliciting and documenting requirements
Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing Market Access Commercial Operations and other stakeholders to develop business processes and implement related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities
Document Business and Functional Requirements
Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM & Vault and related technologies
Developing system/user testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements
Assist with updates of user training documentation - Quick Reference Guides; User Guides.
