Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and customer-focused Surveyor to join our Property & Assets team. Youll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe well-maintained and provide good value for money for our customers.
Youll carry out surveys and inspections oversee contractors and planned maintenance programmes and support the management of reactive repairs and Damp & Mould cases. Youll help ensure work is delivered to a high standard on time safely and in line with relevant legislation and CCHAs policies.
Working closely with colleagues contractors tenants and other partners youll provide practical solutions manage work and costs effectively and help us continually improve the service we provide.
This is a varied role where your technical knowledge problem-solving skills and commitment to excellent customer service will make a real difference to our customers and communities.
About You
Youre a confident and experienced surveyor with a strong understanding of property maintenance health and safety and the social housing sector. Youll be organised practical and able to manage a varied workload from inspections and contractor management to planned improvement projects and Damp & Mould cases.
Youll have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a genuine commitment to providing a high-quality service to our customers. Youll be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues contractors and tenants while having the confidence to challenge poor standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
