Our Role

We are looking for a Building Inspector to join our Cornwall team based out of our Truro Office. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need

• BSR/RBI registration of Class 2 A B D as a minimum for plan checking and site inspection. Class 2A looking to progress would be considered
• Conversant with relevant legislation technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence
