Breakfast Chef - Full Time - 39 hours per week 13.71 per hour.

As a Breakfast Chef your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards ensuring flawless presentation and taste.
• Manage kitchen operations during breakfast service maintaining a strictly organized and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution of breakfast service.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels placing orders as needed to ensure all ingredients are available.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and special dietary requests with integrity and care.
• Support preparation of dishes for other services

• Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Possess good skills and a passion for breakfast cuisine.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Are able to work 39 hours per week including weekends on a rota basis though with all starting with breakfast hours
• Have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
• Can successfully implement new recipes and kitchen processes.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hold relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
