About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Promoter to represent FUJIFILM within John Lewis.

As the face of FUJIFILM in store you will engage with customers understand their needs and showcase the FUJIFILM product range through knowledgeable engaging demonstrations. You will help customers find the right products while delivering the high standard of service expected from both FUJIFILM and John Lewis.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people has previous retail experience and is confident learning about and demonstrating technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly professional manner.
• Represent FUJIFILM positively and professionally at all times.
• Understand customers requirements and recommend appropriate FUJIFILM products.
• Demonstrate FUJIFILM products confidently explaining key features and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Support the delivery of sales targets and other agreed performance objectives.
• Build positive working relationships with John Lewis Partners and the wider store team.
• Maintain excellent presentation of the FUJIFILM display area ensuring products and point-of-sale materials
• are correctly positioned and presentable.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the FUJIFILM range promotions and key product features.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions sales activity and competitor activity where required.
• Follow all John Lewis store procedures and brand guidelines.

What Were Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous retail experience ideally within consumer electronics technology photography or a similar
• customer-facing environment.
• A good level of customer service and the ability to create a positive experience for every customer.
• Confidence approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to listen to customers identify their needs and explain products in an easy-to-understand way.
• A willingness to learn detailed product information and confidently demonstrate products.
• A proactive enthusiastic and professional approach.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of the wider John Lewis store team.
• A reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Previous photography or camera experience would be beneficial but is not essential as product training will be
• provided.

What Success Looks Like

A successful FUJIFILM Brand Promoter will create engaging customer experiences confidently bring FUJIFILM products to life through demonstrations and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Youll become a trusted point of contact for FUJIFILM in store while developing strong relationships with John Lewis Partners and contributing positively to the performance and visibility of the brand.
