About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff deliver excellent customer service and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Manage staffing including recruitment training and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (preferably in a branch retail banking or service environment).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours and Job Location

The working hours for this role are 36.75 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 1.00pm
