What youll be doing

• Creating high-quality cakes pastries breads and desserts
• Delivering pastry across fine dining hospitality and retail offers
• Decorating and presenting products to a high standard
• Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation
• Managing stock levels and pastry equipment
• Following food safety allergen and health and safety standards
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team
• Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity
