Role Overview

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the digital delivery capability of our London Workplace Interiors studio.

The role will provide hands-on support to Workplace project teams using Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM workflows focus is practical and studio-facing: helping designers solve live project issues improve model quality follow agreedworkflowsand build confidence in day-to-day digital delivery.

This is a supportcoordinationand capability-building role for a busy interiors studioto supportdiversedesignteamwith arange of Revit experienceandskill-sets.

Purpose of the Role

Thesuccessfulcandidate willworktoraise the baseline ofRevitBIMand digital workflow capabilityacross the Workplace Interiors team.

Theywill support live projectsmaintainconsistent digital delivery standards and act as an approachable first point of contact for Revit BIM ACCadd-inandEnscaperelated questions.

Key Responsibilities

Studio and Project Support

• Provide day-to-day RevitBIMand digital workflow support to Workplace project teams.

• Troubleshoot live project issues including model setupworksharing links views sheets schedules families file performance Revitadd-insand plugins.

• Assistwith project setup including templates coordinates linked filesworksets shared parameters and browser organisation.

• Support model health checksauditsand issue resolution.

• Help teams use Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 effectively for file sharingcoordinationand issue management.

• Support basic coordination workflows including linked and federated model review whererequired.

• Support approved Revit add-ins and plugins includingEnscape helping teams use them appropriately for design developmentreviewsand client-facing outputs.

• Troubleshoot commonEnscapeissues relating to model setup performance materials lighting viewsassetsand exports.

Standards Content and Quality

• Helpmaintainand improve Workplace Revit templates contentlibrariesand standard workflows.

• Support consistent use of naming conventions parameters schedulesfamiliesand documentation standards.

• Identifyrecurring model issues contentgapsand workflow problems across projects.

• Feed backcommon supportthemesrisksand improvement opportunities to the Digital PracticeTeam.

• Produce short guidance notes workflow explainers and training material where needed.

Training and Capability Building

• Provide informal desk-side support and targeted training.

• Support onboarding for new starters in Revit and studio digital workflows.

• Help junior and mid-level designers become more confident and consistent in Revit.

• Contribute to workshopsclinicsand internal knowledge-sharing.

Essential Requirements

• 35 years experience in architecture interiors BIM designtechnologyor a related field.

• Strong practical Revit capability ideally in workplace interiors commercial fit-out or architectural delivery.

• Good understanding of Revit project setupworksharing linked models families schedulessheetsand documentation workflows.

• Experience supporting other users with Revit or BIM issues.

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.

• Awareness of Revit add-inspluginsand productivity tools.

• Strongknowledge ofEnscapeandsimilar real-time visualisation tools.

• Understanding of BIM coordination and model quality principles.

• Clear communicator with a helpful approachable manner.

• Able to explain technical issues simply to non-expert users.

• Organised proactive and comfortable supporting multiple project teams.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in workplace interiors commercial interiors fit-out or refurbishment.

• Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.

• Experience with ACC Model Coordination NavisworksReviztoor similar coordination tools.

• Experience developingcomplexRevit familiestemplatesor shared parameters.

• Experience delivering internal training or user support.

• Familiarity with Rhino Power BIExcelor Dynamo.

The right person will enjoy helping others solvingproblemsand improving the way teams work. They will be confident supporting designers with varying levels of Revit experience and able to balance immediate project support with longer-term improvements to standardscontentand workflows.

They should understand that the role is not just about fixing Revit problems. It is about improving consistency reducing projectriskand helping the studio build better digital delivery habits.

• Models are cleaner moreconsistentand better managed.

• Common issues are captured and turned into guidancetrainingor workflow improvements.

• Revit confidence improves across the Workplace Interiors studio.

• Digital Practice has better visibility of recurring project risks and support needs.
