Benefits and Cost Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and improve Servaadas change cost and benefits framework.
• Review and challenge business cases forecasts and benefit assumptions.
• Track programme costs budgets forecasts and variances.
• Monitor financial and non-financial benefits across change initiatives.
• Identify risks to value delivery including cost overruns and benefit leakage.
• Produce dashboards reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by providing clear portfolio insights.
• Work with Finance and PPM teams to improve reporting data quality and processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience managing costs benefits and business cases within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience tracking and measuring business benefits.
• Ability to analyse data and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with portfolio management finance and reporting tools.
