Job description: Be Well Coach


The basics


Salary

31022 (NJC point 17)


Hours

35 hours per week on a permanent basis.


Annual leave

25 days increasing to 30 days after five years


Base

Zion Centre 339 Stretford Road Hulme M15 4ZY with some remote working


Line manager

Manager/Senior Manager/Team Leader

What youll be doing


As a Be Well Coach you will support people to change their lifestyle health and wellbeing. Working within the local community you will work alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link in your neighbourhood. The people you work with will have been assessed as needing high-level support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Three or more issues will be preventing them from making changes and many will be struggling to make those changes.
