Job Summary
As a Bartender youll deliver great drinks and friendly efficient service in a fastpaced hospitality environment. Youll work behind the bar preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
This is a handson role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team takes pride in quality and presentation and thrives during busy service periods including events.
Shift Key Responsibilities
Bar Service
Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard including cocktails spirits beer and soft drinks
Deliver friendly professional service to all guests
Maintain speed accuracy and consistency during busy service periods
Standards & Presentation
Keep the bar clean organised and fully stocked throughout service
Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation
Ensure correct bar setup and closedown procedures
Health Safety & Compliance
Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
Maintain hygiene health & safety standards at all times
Use equipment safely and correctly
Team Support
Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required
Be flexible and supportive during event and highvolume shifts
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude and teamfocused approach
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and event days
