Barista (Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Science and Industry Museum Cafe in Manchester

Rate: 13 per hour 

Contract: Part-time

• Previous experience in preparing and serving barista-made drinks
• A passion for coffee quality and customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a busy fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work

About the role

As a Barista you will:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee tea and cold beverages
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Benugos coffee and tea offerings
• Support the Head Barista in training and developing team members
• Ensure all coffee equipment is used cleaned and maintained properly
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience maintaining high standards at all times
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures consistently
• Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties across the site
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the wider team
