Salary: 39419 to 45969 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Morden Apollo House - hybrid working arrangement

Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact - 6 months

Were seeking an Available Homes Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes.

The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.

This is a hybrid role based at our Morden office in London. Youll split your time between working from home visiting properties and the office specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
