ATO Operations Support

We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented ATO Operations Support to join our Flight Operations Training team.

As ATO Operations Support you will provide operational administrative and coordination support across our Approved Training Organisation and Training Centres in Bradford and Stockport. Working closely with the ATO Operations Lead and wider Training Operations team you will help ensure training programmes are delivered efficiently accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

What youll be doing:

• Providing administrative and operational support across ATO and Training Centre activities.
• Maintaining accurate training and licensing records.
• Supporting training scheduling coordination and documentation processes.
• Assisting with regulatory compliance requirements and audits.
• Communicating with trainees instructors examiners and internal stakeholders.
• Producing reports and management information as required.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Delivering a professional and responsive customer service experience.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
