- Lead construction and capital projects for Higher Education clients from inception through to handover and close out.
- Manage project budgets programmes risks governance processes and contract compliance requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consultants contractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships supporting account development and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to bid submissions tender responses and proposal development activities.
- Drive high-quality project delivery ensuring programme cost quality and risk objectives are achieved.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or built environment sector.
- Experience delivering capital projects refurbishment fit-out infrastructure or estate development schemes.
- Strong client management commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing complex projects within live operational environments.
- Experience working with Higher Education clients is preferred.
- Bid writing tender management or account management experience is desirable.
- Experience delivering laboratory research or other specialist technical building projects would be advantageous.
