	Assistant Mental Health Support Worker Essentials:
*	An interest and concern for homelessness and related issues
*	Ability to contribute to a team
*	Good communication skills clear verbal and written English
*	Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word

	Assistant Mental Health Support Worker Desirables:
*	Experience in similar sectors
*	Experience in customer service roles
