About the Fast Casual Assistant Manager Position in Dover DE:
The Fast Casual Assistant Manager in Dover DE will support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. You will be responsible for leading shifts coaching team members ensuring food quality and safety standards delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team during high-volume shifts

- Assist with hiring training and development of staff
