Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant will play a key role in keeping the Easyspace Business Unit running smoothly owning the daytoday financial operations that keep our numbers accurate and our customers happy. Youll ensure transactions are processed correctly billing is delivered on time and cash revenue reporting is spoton. Alongside this youll support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable maintain solid balance sheet reconciliations and help uphold strong financial controls across the business.

Role Overview:

• Carry out daily and monthend bank reconciliations
• Process bank uploads payments and accurate customer billing
• Handle billing queries and work with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and fix discrepancies
• Calculate commission payments on time
• Support AP and AR including supplier invoices cash allocation and collections
• Assist with debt reviews and aged debt monitoring
• Produce daily revenue reports and monthend supporting schedules
• Manage finance support tickets and shared inbox queries
• Conduct referral partner analysis and process payments
• Contribute to adhoc finance projects and process improvements

• Have previous experience in an assistant accountant role.
• Have experience of Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliation processes.
• Have good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using multiple accounting and billing systems would be advantageous
