A respected multidisciplinary practice in Glasgow is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technologist to support a growing pipeline of technical delivery work across several key sectors. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership thrives in a collaborative environment and wants exposure to a broad mix of project types.

The Projects Youll Work On

Youll play a central role in delivering coordinated technical information across:

• Residential private developments regeneration schemes bespoke housing
• Retail national rollouts refurbishments fastpaced fitouts
• Industrial logistics light industrial manufacturing facilities
• Commercial office fitout CAT A/B refurbishments workplace reconfigurations

The practice offers a stable varied workload with the chance to see projects through from early technical stages to completion.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings specifications and coordinated information packages
• Leading on constructionstage documentation and resolving technical queries
• Working closely with architects engineers and designers to deliver buildable solutions
• Liaising with clients contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with Scottish Building Regulations

What Youll Bring

• 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong Revit skills and confidence working in a BIMled environment
• Proven experience delivering projects in at least two of the core sectors
• Excellent understanding of construction detailing and building regulations
• A proactive organised approach with strong communication skills
