• Produce detailed design drawings specifications and construction documentation

• Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery

• Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations and technical standards

• Manage and contribute to BIM models for accurate project coordination and delivery

• Keep up to date with advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related field)

• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards

• Excellent communication teamwork and organisational skills

• A passion for precision and delivering high-quality work
