We are working with an established architectural practice who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team.

The practice specialises in high-end residential projects including bespoke new-build homes refurbishments extensions and multi-unit developments.

The role of an Architect:

• Running residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Developing creative design proposals and architectural solutions.
• Producing planning technical and construction drawings using Vectorworks.
• Preparing Planning and Building Regulations applications.
• Working closely with clients consultants and contractors.
• Attending client meetings and site visits.
• Developing technical details and specifications.
• Supporting junior members of the team where required.

About You:

• Qualified Architect with Part 3.
• 23 years UK architectural experience.
• Strong residential experience ideally within the high-end/bespoke sector.
• Proficient in Vectorworks and SketchUp.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction.
• Experience with Planning and Building Regulations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
