Volta is deploying capital at a scale and speed that demands sharp reliable financial analysis from tracking billions in infrastructure spend to keeping investors and the Board informed with clear accurate reporting.

As a Analyst Strategic Finance you will support the FP&A team in building the financial models reports and analysis that inform how Volta plans budgets and forecasts across its global operations. Youll work closely with Project Controls Operations and Accounting to make sure our numbers are accurate and our leadership has the insight they need to make good decisions quickly.

This is a great role for someone early in their finance career who wants exposure to capital-intensive high-growth infrastructure investing with real opportunity to grow into broader FP&A and finance leadership responsibilities.

• Build and maintain financial models supporting capital planning forecasting and budgeting across Voltas global operations

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and variance analysis for leadership

• Support the FP&A team in tracking key business metrics and KPIs across the organization

• Partner with Project Controls and Operations teams to track capital expenditure against budget

• Assist with the preparation of materials for investor updates Board meetings and fundraising

• Analyze financial performance identifying trends risks and opportunities

• Support ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and business decisions

• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools templates and processes

• Assist with month-end close processes in partnership with the Accounting team

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems

• 24 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A investment banking or a related field

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools (e.g. NetSuite Adaptive Insights Anaplan)

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment

• Experience in infrastructure energy or capital-intensive industries a plus
