As the first point of contact you will represent both our business and our clients ensuring every interaction is welcoming professional and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and creating exceptional first impressions
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
• Organise and deliver tenant engagement initiatives and pop-up activations
• Supporting administrative tasks and office coordination
• Maintaining a professional organised and safe reception area

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
• A proactive service-driven mindset
