The Advanced WMS Developer is responsible for designing developing customizing and supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for enterprise clients. This role works closely with business stakeholders operations teams and technical consultants to deliver scalable warehouse and supply chain solutions that improve efficiency accuracy and operational performance.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in WMS architecture integrations SQL/database development troubleshooting and warehouse operations processes.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and customize WMS solutions based on client business requirements
Configure warehouse workflows inventory processes RF transactions and automation logic
Develop and maintain integrations between WMS ERP transportation and third-party systems
Write and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database scripts
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues system defects and performance bottlenecks
Support system implementations upgrades testing and deployments
Collaborate with project managers business analysts and client teams throughout project lifecycles
Create technical documentation specifications and support materials
Participate in solution design sessions and recommend process improvements
Provide technical support during go-live and post-implementation phases
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain or related field
5 years of WMS development or supply chain systems experience
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
Experience with SQL APIs integrations and database technologies
Experience supporting enterprise WMS platforms
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in client-facing consulting environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
