The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying opportunities to introduce additional IT solutions. Youll act as a trusted advisor building lasting relationships and helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business accounts
Identify opportunities to upsell managed IT services cloud Microsoft 365 cyber security and infrastructure solutions
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver tailored proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements
Work closely with technical consultants to provide the best solutions for clients
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
About You
Were looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an Account Manager IT Sales or Business Development role
Experience within an MSP IT reseller or technology solutions environment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A consultative approach to sales with a focus on customer success
Experience managing the full sales cycle and developing long-term client relationships
A proactive target-driven mindset with a passion for technology
