Were partnering with a leading brand experience agency to recruit an experienced Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile retail and experiential programme for a major Health & Beauty retailer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded client services professional who thrives on building senior stakeholder relationships driving account growth and delivering impactful retail and experiential campaigns.

The Role

You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of key client programmes ensuring exceptional service commercial success and long-term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Developing strategic account growth plans and identifying new opportunities

Managing budgets forecasting profitability and commercial performance

Creating compelling proposals presentations and campaign recommendations

Leading governance meetings and programme reviews

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

Driving client satisfaction while exceeding revenue and margin targets

About You

Were looking for someone with:

Strong experience within experiential shopper marketing field marketing or brand experience agencies

A proven track record of managing and growing major client accounts

Experience delivering retail experiential or consumer engagement campaigns

Excellent commercial acumen and budget management skills

Outstanding stakeholder management and presentation skills

The ability to influence senior clients and build long-term partnerships

Experience within Health & Beauty FMCG Lifestyle or Retail sectors would be advantageous
