We are looking to continue our strong growth in the country and region by adding a new Account Development Manager. The strategic geography would be covering predominantly the South East England region. You will focus on generating new business for our expanding range of equipment with particular emphasis on water treatment construction and civil engineering sectors in your jurisdiction.

As an outstanding creator and developer of new contacts and opportunities you will know how to turn these into valuable and sustainable business.

Your Focus:

• Identify qualify and secure new business lots of it through energetic lead generation thorough follow-up and skilled negotiation.
• Develop and secure long term customer relationships for mutual benefit.
• Achieve a deep understanding of our unique product and service range to out-maneuver all competitors.
• Actively drive marketing initiatives such as campaigns product launches and trade shows.
• Deliver on our ambitious revenue growth plans and share the rewards through our generous commission scheme.

Your Profile:

• Successful years working in a technical field sales environment ideally with equipment rental construction temporary power and/or pump industry experience.
• Expertise and passion for prospecting new clients and securing quality business.
• Desire to thrive in a dynamic fast-moving field sales environment.
• Outstanding organisational time management verbal written and IT skills.
• Educated to Bachelor Degree level or demonstrating proven professional success.
• Full driving license living in the sales territory and willing to travel widely throughout the region.
