Accompanied Viewing Representative

We are seeking an outgoing and confident person to undertake external viewings on behalf of ourChaddertonoffice on a Part-Time basis.

The Role

A client facing role accompanying prospective tenants on house property viewings you will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton. We are looking for someone who can work every Monday and Tuesday to conduct viewings in Chadderton and the surrounding areas. Additional hours may be offered based on demand for viewings. There will also be an element of supporting the team with brand promotion and client services which may include leaflet distribution in the local area.

Hours:

• Monday and Tuesday: 12pm - 7pm in Summer / 9:30am-4:30pm in Winter (in line with British Summer Time changes)

You will need:

• A mature and outgoing personality
• Good local knowledge
• Good time management
• Access to own vehicle insured for business use

Salary: 12.71 per viewing plus mileage at 25p per mile

You must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle which must be insured for business purposes
