Job Summary

McNeill Marine is currently recruiting for a 4th Engineer to join a UK passenger vessel.

This role offers an initial 2-week assignment commencing 10th August with the opportunity to move onto a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation from 15th September until the end of November subject to performance.

Successful candidates can expect further employment opportunities throughout the 2027 season.

Rate: 226.59 per day (subject to UK tax).

Requirements

Engineer Officer of the Watch (EOOW) Certificate of Competency

UK Right to Work / UK Residence Permit

Valid Seafarers Discharge Book

Valid ENG1 (or equivalent seafarer medical)

STCW Basic Safety Training

STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats

STCW Crowd Management & Passenger Safety (training can be arranged online if required)

Confined Space Entry (training can be arranged online if required)

Previous passenger vessel experience is advantageous but not essential
