As a 3DEXperience Transverse Project Manager you will join the Unified Data Management Product within the One PLM Product Service Line accountable for 3DExperience Solution Architecture Design and transverse projects. Reporting to the Head of Product you will work with self-organized multi-functional teams to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle delivering a single harmonized set of IS/IT and PLM tools for Airbus aircraft development manufacturing and support. You will drive product strategy from conception to retirement utilizing Key Value Metrics to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality business value across our manufacturing services and quality fields.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Lead and structure strategic trans-national and cross-functional projects (multi-year budgets over 1m) setting up a project organisation with internal people software providers and solution integrators in Europe and India.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from set-up to application delivery and handover to run mode including the integration planning and analysis of time cost resources and quality data.
- Drive performance and risk management through milestone tracking phase reviews contractual configuration/change management and PM tool implementation to ensure delivery respects time cost and quality referentials.
- Hold full responsibility for the budget writing the justification dossier in collaboration with the business and defending requested RC and NRC budgets during the yearly OP process to secure activities.
Be able to travel for business approximately once a month.
- Proven experience in project or program management
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally knowledge in the field of Airbus processes and organisation and in the overall PLM domain.
- Ability to lead a complex project in a complex environment from start to finish and deliver results.
- Ability to drive improvement and innovation..
