Smart Start Controlling & Process Improvement

• Support Controlling activities through financial and operational data analysis reporting and forecasting
• Contribute to budget planning and help improve data collection and reporting processes
• Explore how AI and automation tools can be used to simplify Controlling activities and turn improvement ideas into practical solutions
• Support the development of reports dashboards and digital tools for faster and more effective business insights
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for digitalization automation and process improvement
• Take part in continuous improvement projects to reduce manual work and increase efficiency within Controlling

Qualifications :

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering Economics Econometrics Management Information Systems or related fields
• Strong interest in Controlling data analytics process improvement and AI
• Proficient in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in working with tools such as Power BI Python and AI-powered solutions is an asset
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Analytical curious proactive and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
