Our teams work with globally recognised organisations including NEXT Qatar Airways ELM Company Mobily Intel and Delivery Hero supporting complex enterprise projects from initial discovery and commercial design through implementation adoption and expansion.

We are now looking for a commercially ambitious Sales Executive to help grow our AI and SaaS solutions business across EMEA.

This is a broad consultative sales role covering both subscription-based SaaS solutions and AI deployment projects.

You will identify potential customers understand their business challenges develop opportunities and work alongside Omteras technical consultants and Forward-Deployed Engineers to create solutions that customers can confidently buy and deploy.

Depending on your experience you may join us as an early-career Sales Executive ready to develop quickly or as a more experienced Account Executive capable of owning opportunities independently.

This is not a scripted sales role. You will need to understand technology ask intelligent questions and connect customer challenges with the right commercial and technical solutions.

Approximately 50% of your working day will require fluent English both written and spoken including customer meetings internal collaboration proposals presentations and communication with international technology partners.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of AI deployment SaaS subscription and professional services opportunities across EMEA.
• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers through outbound prospecting networking events partner referrals and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer objectives technical environments and commercial priorities.
• Position solutions involving OpenAI Anthropic ElevenLabs FinAI Braze OneSignal Asana Mixpanel and other leading technology platforms.
• Work closely with solution consultants and Forward-Deployed Engineers to shape proposals demonstrations pilots and deployment plans.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through qualification proposal negotiation and closing.
• Develop clear commercial proposals covering subscriptions implementation services and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate opportunity activity and forecast information in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify renewal expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with international partner and vendor sales teams on joint opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Continuously improve your understanding of AI SaaS enterprise technology and the industries we serve.

What We Are Looking For

• At least one year of experience in B2B sales business development account management partnerships or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience selling or supporting the sale of SaaS subscriptions cloud solutions consulting services implementation projects or other technology solutions.
• Professional-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in AI enterprise software and emerging technologies.
• The ability to learn new products quickly and explain their business value clearly.
• A proactive and disciplined approach to prospecting follow-up and pipeline management.
• Comfort working with targets and a compensation structure consisting of a base salary and performance-based commission.
• Strong presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to take ownership while collaborating closely with commercial and technical teams.
