• 46 years of professional experience preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP; strong computer literacy is essential.
• Structured methodical and detail-oriented working approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Self-motivated result-oriented committed and enthusiastic.
• Good listening and observation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel abroad when required.

Qualifications :

• Manage domestic material shipments international return processes material monitoring and work order follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities in close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes through supplier coordination service tracking compliance monitoring and performance follow-up.
• Ensure accurate operational tracking reporting and data management.
• Follow up on invoices and related financial processes.
• Maintain documentation and digital tools in line with internal requirements.
• Support customs and import-related operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
