Key Responsibilities:

• Müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak amacıyla nitelikli ve profesyonel tarımsal çözümler sunmak

• Çiftçi ağını genişleterek şirketin tarımsal pazarlama hedeflerine katkıda bulunmak

• Sorumlu olunan bölgede düzenli çiftçi ziyaretleri gerçekleştirmek ve yeni fırsatlar oluşturmak

• Mısır pamuk diğer açık tarla bitkileri gibi ürünlerde tarımsal destek ve teknik çözümler sunmak

• Son kullanıcıların doğru yetiştiricilik uygulamaları konusunda bilgilendirilmesi ve eğitilmesi amacıyla tarım seminerleri çiftçi etkinlikleri ve tarla denemeleri organize etmek ve yönetmek

• Şirketin sulama ve fertigasyon programlarını kullanarak müşterilere teknik destek sağlamak.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Üniversitelerin tercihen Ziraat Fakültesi; Tarla Bitkileri Bitki Koruma bölümlerinden mezun

• İyi derecede İngilizce bilen

• MS Office uygulamalarına iyi derecede hâkim

• Tarımsal etkinlikleri organize etme ve güçlü sunum becerilerine sahip

• Güçlü iletişim ve kişilerarası ilişki becerilerine sahip takım çalışmasına yatkın

• Tarım teknolojileri yenilikler ve yeni girişimler konusunda öğrenmeye ve kendini geliştirmeye istekli

• B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip ve seyahat etmeye / kırsal bölgelerde çalışmaya istekli
