Warehouse Manager Outbound

Role Purpose

• Warehouse Manager - Outbound is responsible for effectively managing and ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner adhering to the standard operating procedures and aligning with QMS/ESMAS standards
• The Job holder will collaborate with relevant parties including both internal and external customers to effectively manage demand optimize costs and achieve achievable targets.
• As Warehouse Manager the job holder drives continuous improvement to increase warehouse efficiency quality and safety in all aspects of warehouse by actively exploring and implement new initiatives tools technologies and innovative practices to enhance warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Stock movement
  • The job holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of finished goods to both domestic and export country
• Inventory control
  • Drive inventory accuracy stock visibility and warehouse control through cycle count management inventory reconciliation system governance and continuous improvement initiatives ensuring compliance with QMS and ESMAS requirements.
• Cost control
  • The job holder Manage warehouse operating costs within budget including maintenance materials and labor expenses while supporting annual budget planning and driving cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Improvements and Efficiency
  • The job holder drives continuous improvement to increase warehouse efficiency quality and safety in all aspects of warehouse by actively exploring and implement new initiatives tools technologies and innovative practices to enhance warehouse operations.
• Coordination
  • The job holder coordinates and collaborates with other departments such as Logistics Production Quality management and safety to resolve any work assignment issues and meet objectives and targets effectively
• Administration & Reporting
  • The incumbent will oversee monthly monitoring of warehouse performance including warehouse utilization accuracy of receiving/picking/put away and forklift efficiency in compliance with the standard operating procedure. Additionally the job holder will collaborate with all departments for the annual stocktaking and prepare discrepancy reports for management approval.
• Quality Assurance and Safety
  • The job holder is responsible for ensuring that all warehouse personnel and equipment comply with PC Thailands Safety and Quality standards. Maintain and monitor security safety housekeeping and risk controls in accordance with GMP and ESMAS requirements.
• Personnel Management
  • The job holder manage warehouse team performance ensure compliance with company policies and support talent development through coaching performance management and succession planning with co-operate with superior and Human resource.
• Other
  • The job holder undertakes other related tasks assigned by their superior on a case-by-case basis.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and relevant software. (SAP is preferable)
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehousing.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
