Test Technician

• Perform product testing and inspection according to product audit plans.
• Conduct special testing and validation activities for new product releases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and measuring instruments.
• Perform daily machine setup parameter verification and equipment checks.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness safety standards and 5S activities.
• Coordinate equipment calibration activities with the IMT team according to the calibration schedule.
• Conduct laboratory testing including viscosity density FT-IR and cleanliness testing for gasoline-related products.
• Support internal and external audits related to quality and environmental management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 ISO 14001).
• Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications :

Education Background:

• Vocational Diploma or Bachelors Degree.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic testing equipment & instruction.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Understanding basic drawing & test specification.
