ตำแหนง Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager Traditional Trade (Pet Food)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Manage and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Traditional Trade channel within the assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: Build maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with local retailers distributors and pet shop owners.
• Distribution Expansion: Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth by expanding new points of sale and pushing core SKUs and new product launches (NPD).
• Trade Promotion & Execution: Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with store owners to boost sell-out and drive store traffic.
• In-Store Merchandising: Oversee retail price compliance shelf management product display and brand visibility at the point of purchase.
• Team Supervision: Supervise support and track the performance of sales representatives or PC staff (if applicable) in the field.
• Market & Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance inventory levels and local market trends to propose actionable improvements to management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Logistics and Accounting to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Reporting: Regularly prepare and present sales reports market intelligence and competitor insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales handling the Traditional Trade channel (Experience in the Pet Food / Pet Care industry is highly preferred).
• Strong negotiation territory planning and account management skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for sales analysis and reporting.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid drivers license.
