Lead overall site operations and service delivery ensuring safe reliable and efficient facility performance while
meeting client and business objectives.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships serving as the primary point of contact for service reviews
escalations and contractual performance.
Provide leadership to site teams driving operational excellence workforce development resource planning and
accountability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory contractual and corporate requirements including governance risk
management and audit readiness.
Drive financial performance and continuous improvement including budgeting vendor management KPI
achievement cost optimization and strategic initiatives.
