Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS generators switchgear transformers and power
Lead shift operations to ensure safe reliable and efficient data centre performance including after-hours support.
Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS generators switchgear transformers and power distribution systems) to maintain maximum availability and resilience.
Lead incident response and escalation management coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact and restore services.
Ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance activities including safety procedures permit-to-work requirements testing and commissioning.
Manage stakeholder communications and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring risk management root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
