Job Description

-Supervise and develop a team of engineers ensuring alignment

with UTACs goals and objectives.

-Oversee project planning budgeting and execution for engineering

initiatives.

-Implement advanced quality tools such as FMEA SPC and control

charts across processes.

-Collaborate with operations and quality teams to meet customer

and regulatory requirements.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

-Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with 710 years of

experience including leadership roles.

-PMP Certification or equivalent project management training

(preferred).

Skills and Competencies:

-Strong leadership coaching and performance management skills

-Strong advanced knowledge of die attach flip chip SiP Wire bond and

mold processes materials and equipment.

-Expertise in managing engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.

-Knowledge of global semiconductor trends and customer needs.
