Purpose of the role

Ensure effective implementation of product quality programs in compliance with global and GFSI standards by overseeing in-process QA controls product evaluation hold and release activities and CAPA. Lead consumer complaint investigations ensure accurate and timely quality reporting maintain QA documentation support audits and provide quality and food safety training to drive consistent product quality performance.

A Taste of What Youll be doing

• Ensure all sites comply with global product quality standards.
• Ensure product quality performance scores are accurate and reported in a timely manner.
• Lead consumer complaint investigations related to product quality issues.

• Lead the product hold and release process and manage CAPA related to product quality issues.
• Lead the Product Evaluation System (PES) and ensure full compliance with applicable standards.
• Control and monitor in-process QA activities to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide quality and food safety training and guidance to all staff.
• Ensure all QA documentation including procedures and standards is updated properly maintained and filed in a timely manner.
• Support GFSI and global audits related to product quality programs.

Were Looking for Someone With

• Bachelors degree in food science Food Technology Microbiology Biotechnology or related.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Product Quality Quality Systems or Quality Assurance within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Quality Food Safety GMP HACCP and GFSI standards.
• Ability to conduct Hygiene GMP HACCP and GFSI audits.
• Effective communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Having Ai and digitalization skills is preferred.

About the BU / Function

Kellanova India (Kellogg India Private Limited is a member of the Kellanova Group a global food company) began our journey in India by setting up a manufacturing plant at Taloja (Maharashtra) in 1994. Since then we have innovated invested in and built the breakfast cereal category. We grew our commitment towards Make in India by launching our second manufacturing facility at Sri City (Andhra Pradesh) in 2015. We also established a Research and Development Centre to cater to the demand of the South Asian markets for Kellanova.
