Purchasing Project Management

Definition and implementation of purchasing projects and procurement strategy for Hemaraj Plant Thailand and other global locations of Powetrain Solutions - Components and Connectors (PS-CC) International Production Network (IPN).
Supporting ASEAN- and Asia Pacific (AP)-localization of components. Focus on Thailand localization for new connector projects and International Production Network (IPN) consolidation projects
Responsibilities according to Bosch Business Sector Mobility (BBM) purchasing process landscape focused on the definition of the Project Purchaser-role.

We are growing and ambitious local purchasing team. Drive the future of Bosch Global Connector Business and contributing to the success by managing the supplier locally and internationally with the focus on right cost good quality and on-time deliveries.

• Lead large scale of purchasing relocation project with key achievement of cost quality and timing.
• Collaboration in international cross-functional teams (e.g. relocation steering team simultaneous engineering teams).
• Performing the Engineering Change Management (ECR) and Ratio Project Planning (RPP).
• Representing of Purchasing organization to present the status and result of the project to national and international management up to business division.
• Organizing and leading of Technical Supplier Discussions (TSD) with participation of internal stakeholders (e.g. manufacturing engineering etc...)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor/ Masters degree in engineering field.
• Strong supplier project management experience.
• Supplier quality management knowledge/skill is a plus.
• Relocation experience.
• PSW overtaking release experience.
• Automotive experience.
• Cost saving and engineering change know-how.
• Technical experiences for plastic molding manufacturing process.
• Commercial experience e.g. price benchmark cost study etc.
• Convincing in communication and negotiation with stakeholder.
• Analytical structural and own-organized approach (Proactive) and high degree of assertiveness persuasiveness and team-orientation.
• High ability of problem solving handling to work under pressure as well as adverse condition
• National and international networking-ability.
• Willingness to domestic and international traveling.
• Good Thai and English skills in speaking and writing any 3rd language e.g. German Chinese Japanese is a plus.
