Learning and Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our hospitality operations. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that improve employee performance service standards operational knowledge and career development. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality experience and understands the unique training needs of hotels hostels restaurants and guest-facing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with company and brand standards.
• Conduct onboarding induction service leadership and operational training.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews operational feedback and business requirements.
• Work closely with department heads and property leaders to develop department-specific training.
• Deliver engaging workshops classroom sessions coaching and on-the-job training.
• Develop training materials SOPs presentations assessments and learning resources.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance results.
• Support leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Coordinate training calendars across departments and multiple properties when required.
• Maintain training records completion reports and learning metrics.

About you

• 35 years of experience in Training Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Previous hospitality experience is required hotels resorts hostels restaurants or similar.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse teams.
• Excellent presentation facilitation coaching and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with employees from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Experience managing training across multiple properties or locations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to travel between properties when required.
