Evantis Talent Solutions is partnering with Gosoft (Thailand) Co. Ltd. to appoint an experienced IT Product Manager on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will own the product vision strategy and execution for the clients flagship mobile super-app bringing together e-commerce loyalty and digital payments into a single seamless customer experience. - Product Strategy & Super App Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for the flagship app balancing multiple mini-apps and service verticals within a single cohesive user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders UI/UX designers iOS/Android tech leads and QA teams; translate complex business requirements into clear actionable user stories.
- User-Centric Development: Champion the voice of the customer through user research behavioural data and direct feedback to prioritise features that improve the experience.
- Agile Product Ownership: Own the product backlog lead sprint planning and partner with engineering to deliver maximum value each release cycle including go / no-go decisions for feature rollouts.
- Performance & Analytics: Define and track key product metrics (MAU DAU retention conversion ARPU) and use A/B testing and analytics to continuously optimise performance and engagement.
- Significant product management experience (typically 7 years) architecting or managing mobile app ecosystems digital wallets or complex retail-tech platforms.
- A track record of driving portfolio-level product strategy and presenting roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture (micro-frontends / mini-apps) e-commerce loyalty systems and payment gateways (Fintech).
- Confident communicator who can bridge business design and engineering.
- Product Management: Agile / Scrum user story mapping wireframing backlog grooming sprint planning.
- Product & Design Tools: Jira Confluence Figma Miro Trello.
- Data & Analytics: Google Analytics Mixpanel Firebase Tableau Amplitude.
- Domain Expertise: Mobile app architecture e-commerce loyalty systems payment gateways (Fintech).
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
- AIPMM Certified Product Manager.
- Certifications in UI/UX principles or data analytics.
