Job Summary

Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants bars banquets events and in-room dining ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting cost control menu engineering sales initiatives and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement innovative Food & Beverage concepts promotions and events that enhance guest satisfaction and strengthen the resorts market positioning.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance including revenue food cost beverage cost labor productivity and other key performance indicators taking corrective actions when required.

  • Foster a guest-centric culture by maintaining a visible presence in operations actively engaging with guests and ensuring prompt resolution of service concerns.

  • Lead inspire and develop the Food & Beverage team through coaching training performance management and succession planning to build a high-performing service culture.

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef Sales & Marketing Revenue and other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences special events and revenue-generating initiatives.

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety hygiene sanitation occupational health and safety regulations HACCP standards and company policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring industry trends competitor activities guest feedback and emerging F&B concepts to enhance the resorts offerings.

  • Support the Executive Committee in strategic planning business development and hotel-wide initiatives that contribute to overall resort performance and guest satisfaction.

  • Drive continuous improvement in LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results by implementing action plans conducting regular quality reviews and ensuring compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards across all outlets.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership coaching and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and cost management.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with Accor brands or international hospitality companies is preferred.
